Reduced rates are not applicable to individuals who have purchased a bond from the club previously.
Family rates are for immediate families only and their dependents 25 and younger that are listed on a federal or state tax return.
Pool access also requires purchase of a Trial Bond ($75) or Permanent Bond ($400).
The Trial Bond is valid for two years. You can pay the entire bond off now or pay just $75 and remit the remaining balance over two years. When the bond is paid off, your family joins club's ownership group. Once your family has a Permanent Bond, you only remit annual membership fees in future years, which are used to pay lifeguard salaries, pool maintenance, property taxes, and other operating costs.
